IN THIS LESSON
This is the first form of the sequence and the only one that isn't done in both directions. It's a simpler version to the one that you might know from the other tai chi sequence that I teach for arthritis.

Note: When I’m doing the movements facing you, I’m doing a mirror image so that you can move with me more easily. For example, if I’m moving to my right, you will move to your left. When my back is to you, then we will both be moving to our right or left together.
