Free Workshop | Space is Limited

Burning, tingling, numbness, sensitivity, or unusual sensations in the feet or hands can make everyday activities more difficult—and sometimes leave you wondering what, if anything, can be done.

This free Neuropathy Workshop is designed to help you better understand peripheral neuropathy, why symptoms occur, and what options may be available to help you stay comfortable, mobile, and active.

What We’ll Cover

During this interactive workshop, we’ll talk about:

  • Common causes and symptoms of peripheral neuropathy

  • Why neuropathy can affect balance, walking, and confidence

  • The role of circulation, strength, sensation, and movement

  • Practical strategies for protecting your feet and staying active

  • Exercises that may help support strength, balance, and mobility

  • Treatment options, including Stimpod neuromodulation

  • When additional medical evaluation may be appropriate

You’ll also have time to ask questions and learn how different approaches may fit into an overall plan for managing neuropathy

More Than Just Numbness and Tingling

Neuropathy doesn’t affect everyone in the same way. For some people, discomfort is the biggest concern. For others, decreased sensation can make it harder to feel the floor, judge foot position, or react quickly when balance is challenged.

That’s why managing neuropathy often involves looking beyond the symptoms themselves and considering strength, balance, walking, footwear, sensation, and everyday movement.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This workshop may be helpful if you:

  • Have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy

  • Experience burning, tingling, numbness, or sensitivity in your feet or hands

  • Feel less steady when walking

  • Have noticed changes in your balance or confidence

  • Want to learn more about non-invasive treatment and exercise options

  • Are helping a family member who is dealing with neuropathy

You do not need to be a current patient to attend.
