Classes for Strength, Balance & Healthy Aging

Tai Chi for Osteoporosis

Looking for a new Tai Chi sequence to learn? This 5-week course offers a gentle, flowing sequence designed to support bone health while also improving balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence with movement.

Tai Chi combines slow, controlled, weight-bearing movements with concentration and breath. As you learn and remember the sequence, you’ll also be giving your brain a workout—challenging memory, focus, and coordination while enjoying the calming, stress-relieving benefits Tai Chi is known for.

We’ll learn the sequence gradually, building on the movements each week so you have plenty of time to practice and become comfortable with them.
