Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg

Breathe in as you raise your right arm and right knee, focusing on a spot in front of you to help you keep your balance. Breathe out as you lower the arm and leg. Repeat on the other side.

If this is too challenging, don’t raise the foot completely off the floor, but raise only the heel.
