IN THIS LESSON

You can use the story of the ball to remember the arm movement: lift the ball to introduce it to your friend, bring it back to you when he doesn't want it, step forward and try to give it to him again, then bring it back to your chest, taking a nice breath in and out as you open and close.

Note: When I’m doing the movements facing you, I’m doing a mirror image so that you can move with me more easily. For example, if I’m moving to my right, you will move to your left. When my back is to you, then we will both be moving to our right or left together.
