PWR! Moves in Standing

Doing the PWR!Moves in standing can help with just about everything you do. It's fundamental to posture, balance, stepping, reaching, getting dressed, and walking; as well as all the fun things you might like to do, like playing golf or pickleball, or playing with your child or grandchild. If you feel off-balance when doing these, standing close to the wall or a counter, or have a chair that you can hold to when needed. Safety first!
