PWR!Moves in Sitting

Sitting is a position that all of us are in at one time or another during the day, and some of us for probably too long. Doing these moves in sitting is a good way to reduce the stiffness and rounded posture that often go along with sitting for long periods at a time. They're also a good for helping us prepare for normal movements, like reaching for things around us or on the floor, standing up, and being able to maneuver in and out of the car and restaurant booths.
