PWR!Moves in All Fours

This is a great position to work in because it allows you to practice getting on and off the floor, and the more comfortable you are doing this, the less likely you are to fall. This also prepares you for other activities, such as yoga. While these exercises are best done on the floor where it's firm, you can start off by doing them on the bed. And if your knees are a bit too sensitive to be against the hard floor, you can roll up a towel or blanket to cushion them.
