Join this popular fitness program that’s designed to help people with limited mobility stay healthy, active, and engaged. Work on strength, flexibility, and balance while having fun and making new friends. Activities will be performed in sitting, standing, and on the floor, with modifications always available.
Thursdays at 11:00 am
Classes are free to members of the Silver Sneakers and Renew Active programs, as well as studio members, $45 for non-members.

This class utilizes elements of various Parkinson’s-specific programs, including LSVT Big, PWR!Moves, and Rock Steady Boxing, to focus on improving motor control and mobility for people with Parkinson’s Disease or other similar neurological disorders.

Our Longevity Membership is designed for adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent without the stress of high-intensity workouts or cookie-cutter fitness plans.
Choose one or two classes per week and get expert-led movement focused on improving strength, balance, posture, and joint mobility — all in a welcoming, supportive environment.
This isn’t just exercise. It’s your long-term plan for aging actively and confidently.

Therapeutic Yoga
Working in small groups, this course focuses on improving flexibility and strength to improve every day movements while utilizing strategies and modifications to prevent injury to people with arthritis, osteoporosis, or other musculoskeletal issues. This 4 week course focuses on function versus poses … perfect for those who are looking for an alternative to the standard yoga class.

Tai Chi
This course includes 8 sessions designed to introduce you to the gentle, flowing movements of Sun-style tai chi. Known for its smooth, upright postures and ease on the joints, Sun style is especially beneficial for those with arthritis or anyone seeking a mindful, low-impact approach to movement.
